Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Linegrove" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Linegrove, operating from 48 Phuket Road, Talat Yai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
• "Services" refers to the educational and administrative sessions offered by Linegrove, including the Memory Keeping Session, Records Organisation Toolkit, and Legacy Literacy Course.
• "Participant" / "You" refers to any individual who enquires about, books, or attends a Linegrove service.
• "Content" refers to all materials, templates, booklets, and information provided as part of a Linegrove service.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions as accepted by a Participant.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or attending a session, you confirm that you:

• Are aged 18 or over, or have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to be bound by them in relation to your use of our Services

3. Nature of Services

All Linegrove services are educational and administrative in nature. Specifically:

• No Linegrove service constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional regulated advice.
• Content provided is for general educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.
• Linegrove does not make referrals to specific professional advisers and does not receive commission or referral fees from any third party.
• Services are delivered in English and are primarily available in Phuket, Thailand, in person at our office.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Pricing for each service is as follows:

• Memory Keeping Session: ฿3,800 per participant
• Records Organisation Toolkit: ฿15,100 per participant
• Legacy Literacy Course: ฿34,100 per participant

Prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all included materials as described in the service descriptions on our website. Payment methods and instructions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 14 or more days before session: Full refund.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before session: No refund. You may transfer your place to another person, subject to notification to us in writing.
• Cancellation by Linegrove: Full refund or alternative session date offered.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to engage with sessions respectfully and in accordance with the educational nature of the services. Specifically, participants agree:

• To treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
• Not to record sessions without express written permission from Linegrove
• Not to share or distribute Linegrove's proprietary materials for commercial purposes
• To keep information shared by other participants in the session confidential

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of a Linegrove service — including prompt booklets, templates, module content, and guides — are the intellectual property of Linegrove. Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their own household purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission from Linegrove.

8. Disclaimer

Linegrove's services are provided in good faith as general education. We make no representations that:

• Information provided in sessions is legally accurate or applicable to any individual's specific situation
• Following any approach discussed in a session will produce a particular legal or financial outcome
• Session content is a substitute for qualified legal, financial, or professional advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Linegrove's total liability to any participant in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from participation in our services or use of our materials.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
