About Linegrove
Grounded in Continuity,
Built for Families
We started Linegrove because we saw how often families reached a moment of need and found themselves without the right foundations in place — not for lack of care, but for lack of a calm opportunity to prepare.

How Linegrove Came to Be
Linegrove was founded in Phuket in 2018 by a small group of administrative professionals and educators who shared a concern: that many families — Thai families, expatriate families, and mixed households alike — held valuable knowledge, memories, and records in ways that were fragile and scattered.
We had each spent years in administrative roles seeing the practical consequences when that knowledge was not passed on, or when records could not be located at the moments they were needed most. We were not lawyers or financial planners. We were organisers and educators, and that distinction matters to us.
From the beginning, Linegrove has operated with a clear scope: we help people understand and organise, not advise. All sessions remain educational in nature, and every participant leaves with practical materials they can use in their own household, at their own pace.
Our Mission
What We Are Here to Do
Our mission is to make the careful work of family organisation accessible, unhurried, and free of the jargon and pressure that so often surrounds it. We believe that every household — regardless of complexity — deserves a clear structure for its records and a living record of its stories.
Linegrove sessions bring together small groups of people who share a similar need. The setting is calm, the language is plain, and the content stays within the boundaries of general education. We do not sell products, refer to specific advisers, or offer any form of personalised professional advice.

How We Work
Our Standards and Approach
Every session at Linegrove is designed and delivered according to a set of principles that keep the experience safe, clear, and genuinely useful.
Clear Scope of Practice
We stay firmly within the boundaries of general education and administrative organisation. No session at Linegrove constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
Privacy as a Foundation
Participant information shared in sessions stays within the session. We do not store, share, or use personal details for any purpose beyond session administration.
Small Group Integrity
Sessions are kept small by design. This ensures that every participant receives genuine attention and that group discussions remain meaningful rather than superficial.
Materials Quality Review
All printed booklets, templates, and guides are reviewed and updated annually to reflect current administrative realities in Thailand and relevant regional changes.
Respectful Facilitation
Our facilitators are trained to hold space without judgement. Family situations differ, and our role is to provide structure and knowledge, not to evaluate anyone's circumstances.
Ongoing Access
Legacy Literacy Course participants retain access to the discussion group and receive periodic information updates, reflecting our commitment to lasting, not just momentary, understanding.
Estate Organisation and Legacy Education in Phuket
Linegrove occupies a specific and deliberately modest space in the landscape of family services available in Thailand. We are not a law firm, an accounting practice, or a financial planning service. We are an educational organisation, and that distinction shapes everything we do — the language we use, the scope of our sessions, and the materials we provide.
For families living in Phuket and the surrounding areas — whether Thai, expatriate, or mixed-household families — the administrative dimension of family life often goes unaddressed until it becomes urgent. Records scattered across different locations, family stories held only in living memory, and a general unfamiliarity with succession-related terminology are common situations we encounter in our work.
Our three services — the Memory Keeping Session, the Records Organisation Toolkit, and the Legacy Literacy Course — each address a different layer of this challenge. They can be taken individually or in sequence, depending on where a family finds itself and what feels most needed. All content is educational in nature and is designed to support participants in organising and understanding their own situations, not to make decisions on their behalf.
Linegrove sessions are conducted in English and take place at our Phuket office at 48 Phuket Road, Talat Yai, Mueang Phuket. We welcome enquiries from individuals and families who value a calm, thoughtful approach to this kind of preparation.
